If you are interested in receiving a free sample of Thrive food, I'd be happy to provide one for you. Please use the form below to request one!

I can currently only afford to fulfill the first 30 sample requests each month. Once 30 requests have been made, this form will be removed until the beginning of the following month. Please be considerate of others and only request a sample if you have sincere interest in Thrive foods.
Samples are limited to one per family.
Winners of Thrive food giveaways sponsored by me are not eligible.
Please do not request a sample if you are also a Shelf Reliance consultant.
Currently, I can only ship these samples to US addresses.
